counter sales

hello every body



i am trying to implement web erp for an medical shop and sewing machine company

i have an issue


when i try to sell goods that are serialised or in lot (in counter sales)

i am not able to do so (basically sewing machine has some machine code and medicines have batch and lot no)


how to do so for counter sales
