Excellent!!!

I did some small modifications:
1) Table headers and table data were not matching
2) Set up preferred = 0 if the new price is preferred (for the stockid and supplier).

See attached file and pls upload to SVN if considered OK.

Regarding SupplierPriceList.php, just downloaded rev 5219 but it does not show anything, and couldn't fix it, sorry.
