webERP is an open-source web-based ERP system. The current version 3.11 was released 8th November 2009
This web-site is a "wiki" where all those who wish to [[InstructionForContributing contribute their experiences and knowledge]] of webERP can do so. If you have questions please use the [[https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/web-erp-users mailing lists]]. We warmly welcome people interested in getting involved in the project and we've made up some [[ContributingtowebERP guidelines to ease the pain]]. This link also outlines the goals/mission of the project. Many businesses have similar requirements of their ERP software and webERP aims to be a community of businesses working co-operatively on webERP.
=====What Is webERP?=====
webERP is a complete web based accounting/ERP system that requires only a web-browser and pdf reader to use. It has a wide range of features suitable for many businesses particularly distributed businesses in wholesale and distribution. It is developed as an open-source application and is available as a free download to use. The feature set is continually expanding as new businesses and developers adopt it.

The growth of webERP adoption has been entirely through word of mouth testimony - there has never been a marketing or advertising push to "sell" webERP.
