ContractCosting.php Problem

1. I wanted to view contract costing for a particular project we set up and the following error results:

Though the page still displays, I feel something is wrong.

2. I also noticed that the unit price on the original/budgeted costing for individual materials kept changing as we post invoices with varying prices on the system. This is undesirable as the total budgeted cost of the project keeps changing.
