Database upgrade system
I have amended the wiki specification for this proposal. The completed spec can be found here:

https://github.com/timschofield/webERP-s.../DBUpgrade

I have created a temporary branch for this code. The poroposed code can be found here:

https://github.com/timschofield/webERP-s...e/DBUpdate

I would like to get this done, as it will be required for all the other 5.0 changes. So, if I don't here any objections, or proposed improvements to it, I will issue a pull request in a few days.

Not yet, I plan to cover that later this week, most likely the weekend.

RE: Database upgrade system
Thanks Paul, I have added a sample update file - 1.php - to remove the deliverynotes table, and to illustrate how the update system works.

Starting to look as this now, Tim...

Wondering if the merge-into branch should be weberp_version5?
Trying to set your branch at the moment.

RE: Database upgrade system
I can change the pull request to point to that branch if that will help.

RE: Database upgrade system
I'm think that I might need to do that, so that I can checkout that branch locally from the webERP side.

No big deal if there's a way that I can do something similar from the SVN side?

Trying to find a easy way to test at the moment, that's all. (I could be overthinking)

I think I can simply clone your repo, and checkout the DBUpdate branch?
