Trial Balance includes previous year results
When running a trial balance for this financial year I get the results which includes the previous year income and expenses. If I click on a link then only March and April shows up, which are correct. What am I doing wrong?

RE: Trial Balance includes previous year results
Hi Alan, sorry I am a bit confused. Are you saying you get the total for March 2018 to April 2019 instead of March 2019 to April 2019?

RE: Trial Balance includes previous year results
Hi Tim, yes that are correct.

For instance if I expand 4100, I get the values for March and April 2019 as 104 245, which are correct.

TB from last year were 989 802 and now it is 1041 890, which is a difference of 52 088, so not sure what are happening here, so it looks like it is not the total after all Sad.

Also 4900 were 41 091 last year and if expanded 0 for this year, yet it shows up on the TB for this year.

Regards
Alan
Hi Tim, seems to be OK now.
I ran 'Re-Post all GL transactions from a specified period' and this seems to fixed it.
However I am sure I already ran it and it were fixed and then this problem crept in again, but I will monitor it an hopefully it is now gone forever.

Regards
Alan

RE: Trial Balance includes previous year results
Hi Alan, running that was going to be my suggestion as I couldn't reproduce the problem. You beat me to it Smile

It does sound as if something strange is happening, so if you can keep an eye on it, and try to catch it happening again and let me know if/when it does.

Tim
