Making Multiple Dispatches from a Single Order

How does one make multiple dispatches on a single sales order?

you just confirm any number of dispatches against the order. by default any items not invoiced will be left on backorder so you can go into the order to confirm any number of different invoices from the same order - once all items on the order are fully dispatched the order is flagged as complete and you can invoice against the order no more. You can also change the behaviour at the time of invoicing the dispatch if you wish to cancel the quantities on the order that are not dispatched.
