Is there a way you can include unite price/ amount on a GRN report, it's just a request.

No there isn't and to be honest I wouldn't see any advantage in doing it. The GRN is mostly a warehouse document and they shouldn't know the cost of an item. However if it was something you wanted to write yourself it wouldn't be too hard.
