SQL DB Load Missing Security

In file sql/mysql/country_sql/default.sql for table "scripts" it appears we are missing:

+ BankAccountBalances.php
+ PcAuthorizeCash.php

These files were added to includes/MainMenuLinksArray.php.

Also... Z_RemovePurchaseBackOrders.php has security of 1 -- Should it be 15?

Also... We have Z_CheckAllocs.php and Z_CheckAllocationsFrom.php but no links in the menu structure. Is this correct?

Also... We still have INSERT INTO `config` VALUES ('EDI_MsgSent','companies/test/EDI__Sent') with two underbars instead of one ('EDI_Sent').

Also... Why not remove the "AUTO_INCREMENT=XXX" for "reports" table and "reportfields" table since there is no base data included in the SQL file?
