I'll try those now, having to recreate the dummy data...
Yes, moving the fill toggle inside the first condition (at the end) toggles the rows as expected.

Here's how it looks:

...so are those two files ready to commit, based on the copies that I have?

Attached are my final files and thank you so much for all your help!!!

Please note my files include some fine tuning to text positions so they align properly with the headers.

If you are good with these than so am I and I hope others may benefit.
