Report Builder - Very Cool But...
First of all thank you to all who worked on this tool!

The owners need a Commission Report based upon two rates which change after the customer has been active for a certain period of time. I was able to use Break, Rate1, and Rate2 to represent those three variables. I then built a report but my SQL strings got way too long for the "fieldname" field in the "reportfields" table. I had to increase it to 255 in order to allow for the functions I embedded in the report fields.

Now all works as expected and we have the reports we need.

Dave Premo ... he moved on and developed another PHP web-based ERP system whose name eludes this old boy!
Actually although it sounds ungrateful - I do wish this was coded in line with the rest of the system. However, it has been largely maintenance free.
