how to change the interface of web erp

i would like to change the interface of web erp so is there any tutorial in which would get some info regarding how database is set up any gui can be modified

There themes are developed using css the files are under the css directory and there is a sub-directory for each theme. There is quite a lot of documentation on css throughout the web.
