RE: Invoicing Questions
Invoices and credit notes use the same script ... there is a different script for the portrait and landscape invoices. You can always find the script name from resting your mouse over the link that causes the report to open.

PrintCustTrans.php for landscape and PrintCustTransPortrait.php for portrait

The scripts table shows a complete list of scripts and their function

Ha :-)
Of course there is no charge for asking questions where others can benefit from the answers and any member is free to answer the question it doesn't have to be Tim or I! (I charge a fee for private consultations only)

RE: Invoicing Questions
If you don't need to invoice the sale to a customer account then you can use Counter Sales.

It is only a couple of clicks from a sales order to invoice - in any event.

RE: Invoicing Questions
Hi, try clicking on the "Search Parts" button when you are in counter sales, does this produce what you want?

Thanks
