In SystemParameters.php, next to the enable/disable option for Geocoding, we state that "This feature is experimental".

Do we now feel confident enough with the functionality to remove this clause?

The only problem with it is that Google occasionally change the API with little or no notice - this is what happened to cause the problems in this thread.

I have always wanted to use open street maps instead, both for philosophical reasons, and because their API is more stable, however realistically I am not going to have the time for this any time in the near future.
