report builder date format

I need to format the dates on my reports, please help:

- report date: header information title 2 is filled with %date% and it prints like 2017-02-07 >>> I need it to print as d-m-Y (07/02/2017)

- purchase date: I have date(purchorders.orddate) as column on the field list. It prints like 2017-02-07 >>> I need it to print as d-m-Y (07/02/2017)

Another thing - stockmaster.perishable prints like 0 (or 1). I need it to print like yes or no
