api xmlrpc_InsertCustomer problemm

Hello.
I have a trouble with using xmlrpc_InsertCustomer api method.
When i solve all validation problems, req returns:
XML error at line 1, check URLInvalid return payload: enable debugging to examine incoming payload (XML error at line 1, check URL)

Can you change the debug level in your client to 2 and then copy and paste all the messages you get.

This message appears in debug == 2 mode.
In attachment simple example of code, that gives an error.
