Authorise Internal Stock Requests

The only way to Authorise Internal Stock Requests is log-off as user and log-in as admin.
Is there a user parameter to set-up?

in Fulfill Stock Requests form remains old cancelled stock requests...

Each department has their own authoriser for internal stock requests, which doesn't have to be an administrator. You can have one person do everything. Maybe there should be a config option to allow the skipping of the authorisation step. When I wrote this functionality enforcing authorisation was a specific requirement of our customer.
