I want to change interface (see Attachment) to adding some html code but when i adding html code in index.php i see result on admin page why >>

i want help how adding some html code on login page (see Attachment)

The login page is actually includes/Login.php, this is due to the fact that you get shown the login page when you're not logged in, no matter what page you visit.
