How can I modify the margins and the size of the invoices' texts?
Actually I need to create a completly different invoice from the one the system has.
What can I do?

Well the invoice is created on the fly each time from the script PrintCustTrans.php or the portrait one with the portrait.php suffix.
Print off this code and save a copy of it to PrintCustTrans.php_old and then modify the code so the invoice looks like you want it to look like. It really is not that hard and the skills developed in learning how to do this bring a whole world of flexibility to your business when using webERP.

Or of course you can pay someone else to do this for you
