Inventory handling Person to see only stocks of his location

Hi Phil,

Is it possible that a particular user (say handling inventory at a particular location Loc1) should be able to see or access only his location stocks. He should not be able to access or see other location stocks. In other words, can a location tag or restriction be added to users other than admin user?
