change messages translation
I've modified the file messages.po under locale/fr_CA.utf8/LC_MESSAGES and when I do a refresh on the web page, the changes don't occur.

Do I have to do something else for that my changes appear? (Hope you understand my EnglishUndecided)

RE: change messages translation
OK, I found on that link http://www.weberp.org/wiki/HowToTranslate that I have to compile my file with gettext.

But where do I execute this command ?

# cd webERP/locale/de_DE.utf8/LC_MESSAGES
#msgfmt messages.po

RE: change messages translation
After the installation of GnuWin32, that's was still not working.

I found that I could use PoEdit that allowed me to edit and compile the file. And now you know what??? That works :-)

Sorry to disturbed you, but maybe this could help someone else...

RE: change messages translation
Thanks contributing the fix to your problem - the:

Code:
# cd webERP/locale/de_DE.utf8/LC_MESSAGES
#msgfmt messages.po
are the linux terminal commands if you have gettext installed - but useless for windows. I suspect that there is some windows binary msgfmt.exe that could do a similar thing - but poedit is the way to go I suspect.

If you have any updates to the French translation that may be useful to others - would be happy to include your work.
