Hello to all and developers especially!

I am trying to contact Rafael Chacon. His eDoc_CR https://github.com/rafa62/eDoc_CR is quite valuable for Costa Rican small businesses trying to make it through. It is meant to generate electonic invoices right from webERP required by the tax authority. I have tried to contact him here in Costa Rica to no avail. Could anyone guide me on how to reach him.

If the above shoulc not be possible, would any one help in installing the code in our webERP? His instructions say that it can be installes following instructions once the app has been called on abrowser. However the install.php file is missing. He also developed the APIs and doumentation to conect to the tax authority in Costa Rica https://github.com/rafa62/API_Hacienda
