Picking List: only the first item of an order is printed

The stockcosts table provides an historical record of changes in the cost of items held in stock. From an accountants point of view this is very important information but Phil didn't want it, so from the perspective of what you are doing with the picking list scripts you should ignore it, instead use the cost fields in the stockmaster table.
