I too have a similar issue.Fortunately Phil helped install weberp on my cpanel but now i am again struck..cannot login..
I tryed all the possible combinations (checked config.php)
still says incorrect password
The user/password combination
is not a valid user of the system
when i tried 3-4 times, screen says as below image...
