Editing Icon's And Creating New Themes
I have searched the forum but didn't Find Details For my Requirement's Thus posting it here

Can you please guide me in steps creating new Themes for web erp and
editing the Login Button in the login screen
and changing tabs color etc.

and i would also need help in changing the background of the weird greyish background screen of the login user interface.
