Label print
Having some problems printing labels, or actually with paper size.
When $PaperSize = 'Custom'; (PDFPrintLabel.php Line 168), pagewidth and pageheight doesn't work (and probably not the other parameters as well).
Everything works fine if this line is commented out.

The comment on this line says:
"so PDF starter wont default the DocumentPaper"

I really cant see how this can happen as long as all parameters overrides any defaults?
