can not create contract

Hi all

Currently I have two problem
1. under Sale module, I want to create a contract, follow the prompt, I searched the company, but when I click a company in the search result, it did nothing and return back to the search page, is there any limitation when create contract?

2. btw, what does the sell through support deals mean?
