After discussions with Paul, we think it might be a good time to create a new point release of webERP. This would be called version 5.0. I have a few ideas for this release, some major changes, and some minor adjustments.
I have started the process of writing specifications for these changes. The first few can be seen here:

for any comments people have. These specifications are currently in a rapid stage of development so are changing all the time.
It goes without saying that everybody is more than welcome to add their own specifications for things they would like in 5.0
