Receive Purchase Order completed flag

In case of a previous partial delivery of a row, is not possible to set the row as "Completed" with "This Delivery Quantity" zero (WARNING Message Report: There is nothing to process. Please enter valid quantities greater than zero)

This could happen if the supplier, after a partial delivery, communucate that he can't complete the delivery (i.e. item no more available, out of stock, discontinuated, etc.)
