Receive Purchase Order
In form "Receive Purchase Order" could be helpful the delivery due date of the PO rows.

Yes, perfect.
In case of scheduled deliveries of the same item is useful for receive the correct row and check the supplier delay.

Another help could be the outstanding qty of the rows, because in case of previous partial deliveries of the rows you have to mind calculate the quantity to insert in "This Delivery Quantity" field.

Then I've seen that, in case of a previous partial delivery of a row, is not possible to set the row as "Completed" with "This Delivery Quantity" zero.
This could happen if the supplier communucate that the item is out of stock or discontinuated.

Thanks for the feedback!

The original purpose of this feature request, adding the delivery date to the rows, has been committed to SVN. http://sourceforge.net/p/web-erp/code/7284/

Please add a new feature request for the secondary item that you mentioned, about the outstanding quantity to be added to the rows.

I'll try to look at that when I get a chance, unless someone else applies the change before I do.
