stock items invisible

[Folies2013]

When We record a purchase some stock items, receive and process them to invoice, they do not appear in the stock on hand .
When we record a BOM, some stock items do not appear in the BOM list. When we check ,the Bill Of Material Listing, they appear on the list.
For the same stock item code , we clone it , we clone it as a new stock item code, everything appear.
What is wrong ?
