[FIXED] Fixed Asset Disposal Error - PakRicard - 08-01-2013
Hi all:
Today I tried to dispose a fixed asset but it did not work out OK.
1) Created an sales order to a customer for the asset to be sold (below book value).
2) Invoiced the sales order
3) webERP gets unbalanced (check Capture01.jpg)
4) gltrans transactions are unbalanced (check capture02.jpg).
I guess the error comes because counterindex gltrans 585423 gets the purchase value, not the net book value.
Also, later on checking at FixedAssetItems, it still has some book value (and I think it should not, as it has been disposed).
Probably the fixedassets table needs to be updated as well. Only the disposalproceeds and disposaldate fields are updated, but not the book value.
Or should be visible to the user that that asset has been disposed and sold for X (disposalproceeds)?
