The new (2017) GST system makes it considerably easier to set up than the old system that India had.

Can you explain what the problems you are having are? Have you read the manual on the subject?

Dear Falkoner, No I have not tried as currently we have only implemented Inventory movement for us but we need to implement finance module as well & for that I am not sure how we can map Indian GST. if you can help send me link of GST setup will be great. As well if any implementation partner in India who has done that will be excellent.
Best Regards,

Hi Prerak,

The link to the manual section for tax set up is http://www.weberp.org/weberp/doc/Manual/ManualTax.html.

Basically you can set up the different rates for each tax category and then apply those categories to your existing items, depending on what tax rate applies to them.

Thanks
Tim
