Although there is certainly some common stuff in HR there is an element of this that is different between authorities. I've never pushed in this direction although would be interested in what others think.

We are looking at trying to create a bridge with OrangeHRM as they seem to have a good following and Architecture. Will advise how it goes. It is always difficult as statutory requirements are different for each country/province ,etc. Also if one is paid hourly , weekly , monthly etc.
