Access to Wiki - allanp - 08-18-2016

I seem to be in a loop trying to access areas of the Wiki:

It takes me to a page that displays login or lost password but does not seem to give me the option to register. Am I missing something or do I need to email someone to register?

I am looking for the API documentation in full and believe reading the open area of the wiki that it is only accessible once logged in.

Thanks

Peter

RE: Access to Wiki - TimSchofield - 08-18-2016

I think the docs on the wiki are just copy of a series of blog posts I wrote a few years ago. I am not allowed to provide the links here but if you want to email me on tim@weberpafrica.com I will be happy to send you them.

Tim

RE: Access to Wiki - phil - 08-22-2016

There is some stuff on the wiki but its not protected.

http://www.weberp.org/wiki/APIDocumentation

But the API documentation is now in the manual... where I cut and paste Tim's blog posts in - so if you downloaded and installed webERP then you have it in your installation - if you login into the demo at
http://www.weberp.org/weberp
with admin weberp
then
http://www.weberp.org/weberp/doc/Manual/ManualContents.php?ViewTopic=APITutorial
and

Tim tried to make each API method self documenting and the manual has a link to try to use an API method to get the documentation from the method itself. This can go wrong if the database is not specified correctly but just checked and works when you are logged into the demo. (Update: a login to the demo is not required this link to the manual works without a login)
