Why not the location quantity and the new loc. qty in case of success of adjustment?

Can you explain what you are asking in more detail? Is your adjustment not working? Or are you referring to what you see on an inquiry or report?

In Inventory Adjustment form sometimes is necessary to see the stock location quantity on hand for execute a correct adjustment, so is necessary open another session and check the qty on hand in the proper stock location.
After the adjust could be helpful to see the new qty on hand at the location.
Then, some ERP consider the "adjustment quantity" as "new location quantity", maybe it could be helpful add a note that the "adjustment quantity" is a positive or negative "correction quantity".
