Order function for customers - johnq1123 - 04-14-2014
I intend to let customers to order goods after login. But, my customer logins only have very limited functions/tags and they could not manage to place an order.

It would be helpful if you listed the version you are using, what error message if any came up etc.

There is no error message. But, after I added items through inventory function as an administrator, I cannot see any items using a customer login after click "place an order".

What happens when you click "Search Now" button?
I believe the system is telling you it knows your customer# but not which branch you wish to use for this order.
First you select the branch and then you can select item.s
