When upgrading from 4.14.1 to 4.15.1 is it necessary to execute this file? It appears all this is covered in 4.14.1-4.15.sql.
I see no formal 4.14.2 release so this is a bit confusing...
There was never a 4.14.2 release, so the 4.14.1 to 4.15 is to the current 4.15 that was released in May. I used that 'version leap' as there were ~11 months worth of changes since 4.14.1 (June 2017), with many significant changes. (had many contributions that you submitted

The 4.15 to 4.15.1 will be the next release. Which I'm trying to get to THIS month (as it is already nearly 6 months since May's 4.15 release), though I wanted to get this done back in Sept.
I will need to get busy with my Timesheets.php script then!!! Rain forecast this weekend ... perfect.
