every time i add customer i get err in here

how can i do it right ?

to make some on enter to counter sales

it refuse every customer i make I add the code it get err i add branch it get err i add CODE-BRANCH it get err i can not select any customer

What version?

You enter the Counter Sales customer and branch in the Main Menu-> Setup -> Locations screen. There is a field for both customer and branch now.

I assume you are attempting to create a Counter Sale without first setting up the default Counter Sale customer?
