Full Version: not able to print pdf document 64-bit Win 7

Hi all,
I just found this issue.
Client machine has Win 7 64-bit with Adobe XI (11.0.11).

I can view the document but when I try to print I get a message saying

The document could not be printed.

There were no pages selected to print.

If I use a WIN 7 32-bit with Adobe X prints fine.

Also we just installed a customer and he has Win 8 client 64-bit and he just gets an error.

I suspect this maybe 64-bit issue and hope someone has found a resolution.

Hi Bill, I think this is an Adobe issue. Looking at their forums one solution that seemed to work for many people was disabling protected mode in Acrobat. I never use windows so can't test it but I believe it is under [Edit | Preferences | Security (Enhanced)]

Thanks Tim, that did the trick on my PC (Win 7 64-bit) I will need to try this on our customer PC (WIN 8 64-bit)
