Definitely, when visit the page of "Modify Item Details" or visit SelectProduct.php to view a certain item details, there is nothing of Item Category Properties to load.
Bug<2>. when "Modify Item Details", click the Button "Delete This Item", related records in the table "Item Category Properties" not deleted.

The design for this operation is that you should push edit to add properties. You can see it from the menu.
