the main menu / setup / Role Permissions could be named
Users security - Role permissions maintenance

or better "Access permissions maintenance" as the displayed page has that name

to strike people (especially non IT)

The security model is quite difficult to describe.... I have changed the link to "Access permissions maintenance"
