There are two main support options that can always be used:

The [[http://sourceforge.net/mail/?group_id=70949 users archives]] and [[http://sourceforge.net/mailarchive/forum.php?forum_name=web-erp-developers developer archives]] of the mailing lists already contains many, many answers that you can easily search.

===Web Forum===
More recently by popular request we introduced a web-based [[http://www.weberp.org/forum forum]] if you prefer a web based forum to mailing lists.

The mailing list can also be accessed via the [[http://weberp-accounting.1478800.n4.nabble.com/ nabble forum]] that takes the mailing list posts and puts them into a web-based forum - many casual inquirers prefer the convenience of a forum. The search facilities on the nabble forum may be better than the sourceforge list archives search.
