=====GUI based installer for WebERP=====

This installer has been tested on shared Linux hosts and on Windows hosts (WAMPServer/XAMPP)

	- This zip file installs config.php (which is a blank file) in the WebERP root directory. The rest of the files go into a folder called INSTALL
	- The config.php file is populated by the installer to provide the final config.php file. 
	- This version does not support non-English installation. Contributions here are welcome. 
	- The timezone dropdown is populated from the CSV file. Error handling here can be improved. 

Ideally this installer should be packaged as part of the WebERP distribution - hopefully, we can get this in place for the next release. 
Please do *NOT* use this for upgrades.
