You must Login to the Wiki (http://www.weberp.org) before you can add (or edit) pages. You can register on the UserSettings page (be careful to use correct capitalization of the given invitation string).

Once you are at www.weberp.org you need to login. If you aren't registered then do so a - on registered folks can modify content of the wiki - use the invitation code webERP - note capitalisation. Once logged in you can edit pages.
Additions:
If you also don't find adding pages to the Wiki intuitive, here are two ways.
Method 1 - Create a link to the page you want to create
Method 2 - Browse to the page you want to create
In the address bar of your browser, type the URL of the page you want to create. For example, http://www.weberp.org/ThisPageDoesNotExist. You will be told the page doesn't exist and given a link to create the page - just click the link and start writing!
You may want to add a link to your new page on other relevent pages so others can easily find your new page.
Deleting a page
To delete a page, append "/delete" to the URL of the page you want to delete, e.g. http://www.weberp.org/ThisPageDoesNotExist/delete.

Save (click on Store) the edited page with the link to the new page on it.
In the saved wiki page, this link will look like:
----
----
The new link will appear with dashed lines underneath it if it has yet to be created - ie the linked page does not currently exist. When the link is clicked you are then presented with the editing screen to create the new page.
So, you create page link first and then go to those links to create the page - easy when you know how!

Adding New Pages To The Wiki
To me, it was not very intuitive how to add pages to the Wiki.
The new page will be named ShortTermRoadmap. After saving (click on Store) the newly edited page with the link to the new page on it click on this new link to short term roadmap link (underlined with dashed lines), you are then presented with the editing screen to create the new page itself.

Once you are at www.weberp.org/wiki you need to login. If you aren't registered then do so and if you forget your user name you can click users to see a list. Once logged in you can edit pages.
Double click on the page where you wish to add the link - this goes into edit the page. Type in link enclosed by two square brackets like this:

Go here to see the short term roadmap
Well, you actually do it by going to the main page then clicking on edit this page. Go to the place where you want to add that line and add it like this...
